Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During product drops, sales, or peak seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days due to high order volume.

You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order has been processed and shipped.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship:

  • Within Nigeria (Nationwide)
  • Internationally (selected countries)

If your location is not supported at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Nigeria (Local Delivery):

  • Lagos: 1–3 business days
  • Other states: 2–7 business days

International Shipping:

  • 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight (number of items ordered)
  • Shipping method selected

We may offer free shipping promotions during campaigns, which will be clearly announced on our website or social pages.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package in real time.


6. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • High-demand periods
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services but will assist in tracking and resolving issues.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested immediately after placing an order.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.


9. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us immediately.

We will investigate with the courier. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after confirmation from the shipping provider.
